Nice staff, but maintenance hiccups

The staff were super friendly and tried their best to help. Moved rooms because of a busted light, but then the hot water was cold. No biggie, they gave me extra checkout time! Also, the room was pretty basic and no shampoo in the bathroom. A snack bar available was a nice touch, though.

Location off I-5 is very convenient. The room felt newly remodeled and was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay. Well-lit parking made me feel safe. Decent price for the quality offered. ⭐

Decent stay with friendly service

The staff were incredibly friendly and quick to assist, but the non-smoking room I received had a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The AC worked well and the room felt clean, which made for a fairly comfortable stay overall. The location right off the highway was super convenient for my travels.
